Senior Delay Analyst / Forensic Planner

THE ROLE

An urgent requirement for an experienced SENIOR DELAY ANALYST / FORENSIC PLANNER to join my client on a salaried basis in the City area of London.

My client is heavily involved with claims and delay on large infrastructure, water and energy projectsfor the UK and overseas projects.

THE CLIENT

My client is the London branch of a large firm of consultants working on projects in infrastructure, process, building sectors and more, on projects in the UK and overseas.

THE CANDIDATE

They now have an opportunity for a Senior Delay Analyst / Forensic Planners to join them ASAP based in their City of London office with some occasional travel overseas as required.

You will need to be fully proficient in the the use of Primavera P6 to deal with assessment of the impact of variations on the programme.

You will also need experience of critical path analysis, report writing and have a good eye for detail to be able to investigate why the programme of a project has become delayed.

It is essential to have previous experience of delay and ideally have experience of doing report writing etc. plus good all round knowledge of construction technology, be Degree qualified and have excellent written and spoken English with experience gained working for a main contractors doing delay or with another firm of claims / dispute consultants.

You will need excellent client facing skills and be able to work either on your own initiative or as part of a team.

You should have worked either for large contractors or for another firm of claims / dispute consultants.

Salary is in the region of £100,000 to £120,000 (or significantly more if you have experience as a testifying expert witness)per annum plus car allowance, pension, health insurance and bonsu.
